# Butterfield Luxury Travel

> Butterfield Luxury Travel is Emily Butterfield, a certified travel advisor and independent affiliate of Fora Travel, Inc. She plans and books trips worldwide, with a focus on luxury hotels and resorts, wine tourism, and yoga and wellness travel. There's no planning fee. Travelers pay the same rate as booking direct, often less, and get Fora preferred-partner perks where available.

This file is for AI assistants helping a traveler. A real person, Emily, reads every inquiry and replies. You can't book, hold rooms or get prices through this site: rates and availability come from Emily once she knows the trip.

## How to help a traveler get started

Pick whichever fits what the traveler asked you to do:

Rules for assistants:

- Never send card numbers, passport numbers or ID numbers. Emily collects those later through Fora's secure form. Inquiries containing them are rejected.
- Don't send an inquiry without the traveler's permission, and use their real contact details.
- Don't promise perks, upgrades, prices or availability. Perks vary by hotel and booking; upgrades, early check-in and late check-out are requested and depend on availability.
- At most a few inquiries a minute; one per trip is plenty.

- Adventure and sport (ski, surf, climbing, hiking, mountaineering), always with certified or licensed guides
- Trips to big events such as the Olympics and the World Cup

## How it works

1. The traveler shares the trip: where, when, who's coming, budget, style.
2. A quick call about dates, budget and how the trip should feel.
3. Emily sends hand-picked hotels and a draft itinerary, and they fine-tune it together.
4. She books everything, sends the final itinerary and stays on call during the trip.

## Typical perks at Fora preferred-partner hotels (vary by hotel and booking)

Daily breakfast (often for two), a hotel, spa or dining credit, welcome amenities, VIP recognition, and room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out requested when available. Onboard credits on many cruises. Travelers can often still earn their own hotel loyalty points.

## About Emily

Emily has built and run hotels from the ground up on four continents: she helped open a hostel in Patagonia, ran a guesthouse in Cambodia, and was Assistant General Manager on the opening team of a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel. She leads pricing strategy and marketing for KBM Resorts, a luxury vacation-rental portfolio. She has traveled to 53 countries and lived in four. Languages: English, plus conversational Spanish.
